Orders
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Our credit card processor uses Level 1 PCI Data Security Standards providing enterprise level security for payment processing.
Partitions Co. is committed to keeping the products presented on our website shopping platform in stock. There are occasions when we are in the process of replenishing. You will be notified if all the products on your order are not in stock and when they can be shipped or picked up.
Shipping
We ship all in-stock orders from our Mesa, AZ warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your online order. Our daily shipping cutoff is time is 2pm MST and 12pm MST on Fridays, orders received after that will start to get processed the following day.
Our shipping fees are calculated in real-time based on weight and dimension using UPS and TForce Freight rates to ensure that you’re getting the most accurate pricing for your order.
If your order contains items that are back ordered, you will be notified to determine if you would like all items shipped together or as they become available. All transportation charges are paid by the purchaser and are not refundable.
Local Pick Up
Local pick up orders will be ready within 48 hours. An email notification will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when your order is ready for pickup. Under certain circumstances we might contact you by phone to notify you about your order status.
Damaged Orders
We pack every order carefully at our Mesa warehouse. When the order leaves our warehouse theres a slight chance that it might get damaged in-transit to your shipping location.
- Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Look for any apparent damage and verify if the number of pieces matches the total as listed on the freight bill.
- Any damages or shortages must be noted in detail on all copies of the freight bill by the driver and signed by him. Do not sign the freight bill without these notations being made, as they are necessary for you to file your claim.
- If someone other than yourself is going to receive your shipment, be sure that they are aware of this procedure.
- If there is any damage or shortage, ask the driver to have his company supply you with necessary claim forms and procedures.
Returns & Refunds
All items must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date. A 35% restocking fee will be applied to your returned order. Special orders, non-stock merchandise is non-cancelable and non-returnable.
- Returned products are subject to inspection and must be in the original package, undamaged, and in new condition.
- Please email us using our contact page and include a copy of your invoice, reason for the return and photos of the damage.
- Once we verify and approve your return, we will credit the original payment account.
- Return shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. If you need help making arrangements for returns please contact us directly.
Any dispute will be settled only by Arizona law in Maricopa County.
